Ukulele Classes
Join instructor Alexander Grandy, Folklife Center librarian Kevin Rogan, and Children’s Department library assistant Emma Rogan for our series of free ukulele classes, and see for yourself why the joyful Hawaiian instrument's popularity is skyrocketing worldwide! Ukuleles are available for anyone who needs to borrow one. Please register with Kevin Rogan (krogan@sals.edu) in advance and plan on attending all classes.
We are currently offering beginner (2-3 PM) and intermediate/advanced (3-4 PM) sessions in the library's Community Room on the following dates:
January 10, January 17, February 7, February 21, March 14, March 28, April 11, April 25, May 9, May 23, June 13, and June 27.
