Friends of Crandall Public Library
Looking for a way to help the Crandall Library? It's easy - just join the Friends of the Crandall Library! All you have to do is give a monetary contribution.
There's no special membership requirement, and over the years many people have joined. Through their great and continuing generosity, and through book sales, we've been able to raise funds to provide needed equipment and special programs at the library.
Thanks to people like you, last year we were able to donate $39,000 to the Library. Our support enabled the library to purchase or establish:
- A reader printer
- Book shelves and book bins for the Children's Department
- BookPage, a monthly magazine of book reviews and articles
- Bags for Crandall Fest
- Magazine racks
- Public computers
- Materials for the Robert Sabuda (pop-up artist) program
- A lectern with built-in sound equipment for public programs
- A medical computer
- 11 special programs arranged by the Reference Department
- 4 special programs for the Children's Department
